Abstract Submission
The abstract submission is now closed.
All abstract submitters whose abstract has been accepted (oral or poster) must register by 5 July 2010 in order to present at the congress.
If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement reflecting the reasons for this decision must be sent to: eacmfs-2010@mci-group.com, no later than 1 June 2010.

Afer the Submission
- The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to the relevance to EACMFS XX Congress 2010, standard of English, objectivity of statements, description of what was done, suitability of methods to aims, conclusions confirmed by objective results, ethics, scientific value, potential clinical value, originality of work and overall impression.
- The submitting authors will be notified by 15 June 2010, at the email address provided
during submission, whether their abstract has been accepted. It is the author’s responsibility to
ensure that emails from EACMFS can reach them. They will be informed at the same time about the date, time and form of their presentation.
Publication Policy
All abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be published on the official website of the congress.
Presentation of Abstracts
- Abstracts can be accepted either as poster or oral communication.
- Full presentation guidelines will be included in the acceptance letter and posted on the
congress website.
